| You all probably know that in the USA you are allowed to shoot an intruder/trespasser in some states. You may even kill him. Some people agree to that =) I agree to the shooting, but only to hurt and not to kill. Here in Denmark where I live those rules do not apply. In fact, if an intruder breaks into your house and you have a small dog biting the intruder (you are not even home) Then you can get accused and you will have to PAY the intruder monetary compensation!! WTF IS WRONG WITH OUR SYSTEM?!?!?!? I mean wtf.. why would you have to pay someone who breaks into your home trying to steal your flat screen or super pc? and just because you dog bit him in the leg!?!? Thats just fucked up.. Imho if I'm home when the intruder breaks in and he is already hurt then I might as well finnish him totally -.- Theres no point in letting him get money from breaking into my house and get hurt... Is it just me who thinks this is werid?

| System in America would be nice for you than ... they actually do stuff like this:
-They see a man passing by their house, they invite him in (or a friend), they knock him out, beat the crap out of him ... than they call the police and say he tried to rob you and you were defending yourself, and actually you'd get the case and the money.
-Or another one, where a burglar did actually come into your house, you can beat the crap out of him, but of course there is a way that he can sue you for it ... what you do than? You put a broom next to him and say that he tried to get into your house, but the broom was next to the door, over which he flipped, that scarred you and you did that to him because you were so scared.Added (2009-08-29, 7:56 Pm)

| I would believe that the term "house" is outside since it's mostly placed "outside" . The term "Home", however, is inside =) since it's inside of a home that you live. This is just how I see it =)
