| Erm the last time I checked there was no metal in our body ... unless you count stuff like Calcium (which is sorta of silver/white color - alkaline metal) or Potassium.
And if THAT is the question, Calcium has about 1.5% and the next "metal-like" stuff is Potassium with around 0.2% or 0.3% dunno...

| I could bet Tineh doesnt have the answer. I heard about the iron like a component of the blood, maybe in a little percentage.

| There is iron inside your body.. but not in metal form.. its called Hemoglobin and thats the iron which binds the Oxygen to your red blood cells. And as you all know, when something made of iron lays outside and becomes wet then it starts rusting. Well.. your blood contains plasma which is wet and the oxygen then makes the iron rusty which is why your blood appears red
