| I've got an idea.. Its a bit far fetched, but sometimes even crazy ideas turn into brilliant ones, right?
So here we go. If tiny's muscle is indeed damaged or more sensitive, he could ask for some muscle relaxation medication. I dunno if it is possible to get it locally injected, but try search for it =)

| If you took pills that doctor gave you (maybe you even paid for them), it's not so surprising they didn't work really.
If you want actual treatment with pills, read about it on Internet and try to get those from natural extractions instead of ... chemicals that aren't cheap.
