i think it depends on how many people of your clan got which game. as far as i know, l4d2 is the better game, since it's actually l4d1 with some extras and no big changes. but as for me, since i already got l4d1, i don't see any advantage in buying l4d2, since i was not into that game anyway^^
but if one liked l4d1 and you make a decission for 2, i think one can't make anything wrong smile
