I kind of already thought Intel would not be published.
It was run by Intel which isn't rly known for its game section.
Also there was a lot of ppl saying that Intel wont publish the game but instead use it for benchmarking on their pc software etc and it talking a long time to make was another hint...

shame ... but i didnt like the 3rd person concept anyway ... there should be a dm 2, but since arkane studios were working on "the crossing", which is canceled by now too, i don't know how their financial status is ... and if there will ever be a dm2 sad

This game was lined for publishment later this year but mot were saying intel wont and it will oly rly be used for benchmarking.
They shouldn't of taken Intels deal. :O

naah. one team of programist can be good at scripting and making funny overpowerd stuff (but against tons of enemies) while other is good at making balanced MP maps and gameplay
There are just 10 types of pealpe. Thoose who understands binary and thoose who don't.

Btw:
Project Offset is still in development in Fractiv LLC studio which was made by the founders of offset, but without intel to fund them i'm not sure it will ever hit the market stores.

I know this is old news but i hope it'll spark a chat here. >.>

Fractiv LLC is a videogame software house founded in 2010 by the founders of Offset Software (shut down by Intel in 2010 [1]). Right now there is no news about the games in development at Fractiv LLC, neither there is confirmation that the fantasy game previously known as Project Offset (and in development by Offset Software for over five years) will be completed by the new software house.

Sam McGrath, owner of the Fractiv.com web domain, confirmed to BigDownload in July 2010 that the founders of Offset Software have moved to Fractiv LLC and that more news will be revealed shortly. A web page for Fractiv LLC has been created, yet right now there is nothing in it apart from an e-mail address [2].
